The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our marketing strategy. You'll help grow brand awareness, generate leads and support commercial growth across our UK-wide operations.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with senior management to align marketing activity with business goals.
• Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Contribute to sales strategy and achievable sales targets.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys.
• Analyse customer feedback and marketing performance.
• Manage the website, social media and online advertising.
• Manage the marketing budget and resources.
• Build relationships with commercial clients and partners.
• Manage external suppliers and marketing agencies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Ensure marketing materials follow company branding.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing management or a senior marketing role.
• Strong experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with market research and marketing data.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business or a related field.
• Logistics, removals or transport experience is desirable but not essential.
